Ed Fratus wandered around America, finding various jobs here and there, but again and again turned to his artistic side to relieve the inner yearnings for creativity. Finding out each time that creating art doesn't always pay the bills, he would put down his pen, pick up his tools, and work... until the artist inside was able to emerge again. This is a collection of artwork by Edmund Fratus, with a story of how each one came into being. It is based on recollections of the actual events mentioned. Ed has created art since he was twelve and later received professional instruction. Living in Pennsylvania, Colorado, California, and the Florida Keys, he found inspiration along the way.
