This guide really shouldn't be used as an accurate resource when traveling to or around The United States of America. Each states description is a generalization and is subject to change based the current climate, holiday season, whether the local sports team is winning or the current phase of the moon. Should travelers' encounter something contrary to what is written in the guide, make sure you reread the guide to ensure you are in the correct state. I've done quite a lot of research, so I'm 55% confident my assertions are correct.
