Publisher's Synopsis
A gently humorous and slightly surreal journey into the life of would be actor, former soldier and unlikely Peer Of The Realm, the 8th Earl Of Wansbeck, who lives a strange life in his country house with a series of minor celebrities and rock stars. His aspiration to move from an under achieving army career to thespian stardom, seems to be thwarted at every turn by his aristocratic and showbiz chums. He is also a bit of a luvvie. This selection of tales is narrated by Charlie The Fox (who lives in the copse).
