If your best friend since diapers called and asked you to help with her bed and breakfast opening, you'd go wouldn't you? Because it's bound to be a great time, knowing her. And it would have been, well, except for that dead guy in the garden. And that's not the half of it. You're breaking in a new assistant. An assistant for the new business venture your mother blackmailed you into doing or she'd tell your father about your latest escapade. An assistant your mother hired for you whose name is Reggie, who is attractive and reasonably intelligent. It's not as awful as it could be.So, besides the dead body and the unwanted assistant did your friend, Dahlia, mention the place is either haunted or there's funny business going on that's not so funny? You probably would have remembered that. So, there's still this dead body, the girl assistant with the guy's name and the vandalism. But then it gets crazy; because the next thing you have to do is find out who murdered your best friend Dahlia, at her grand opening, while she made her big speech. But you have this assistant, which might be helpful. Too bad you don't know what she's really doing there. But it's okay because your mother does. So besides the dead guy, the attractive new assistant, the vandalism and your best friend who's now dead, is there anything else? You bet. There's twists, turns, cops and robbers, sexual tension, sex, humor, hidden rooms, hidden passages, bodies, artwork, confessions and bad guys. And don't forget, you still have to find out why Dahlia died. Or did she?
