Publisher's Synopsis

Differentiated book- It has a historical context with research of the timeWatson, forced to retire from his job, ends up sharing an apartment with a particular character, Sherlock Holmes. One day, a message arrives for Holmes where Scotland Yard asks for advice on a recent murder case and they both decide to go to the scene of the crime and investigate it.This book is divided into two parts. The first is told, like the rest of Holmes's books, as if they were the memoirs collected by Dr. Watson. In it, they relate how they know each other and the matter to be resolved. The second part begins with a story, which in principle seems not to have to do with the case and the main characters, but that, little by little, is getting to know their relationship, to end, again, as part of the memories of WatsonIt all starts when Dr. John H. Watson, belonging to the army medical corps, withdraws, in principle for a while, from his work because of illness. Due to economic problems, he is looking for a somewhat cheaper accommodation than he has and ends up meeting Sherlock Holmes, who has found a nice apartment at 221B Baker Street and wants to share expenses. So we see, from Watson's eyes, how is this curious character, what are his concerns and opinions. The case of the book in question begins when Scotland Yard asks Sherlock Holmes for help on an issue in the Lauriston Gardens, on Brixton Road. It is not the first time they have done it but Holmes had never personalized at the crime scene so far, although he had not found such an interesting case. The second part of the book begins with different and unknown characters, which will be relevant to the resolution of the mystery.
