Publisher's Synopsis

This is the triumphant story of Jeff! He was born at home prematurely at five and a half months, without oxygen, in a trailer home, to an alcoholic mother. He weighed 2 lbs. 7 oz. His mother, because of her drunken stupor condition, didn't even realize he had been born. This had been her state for years. Jeff suffered from "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome" and had numerous deficits after his birth. Jeff's birth mom succumbed to the drinking when she woke up to an early morning fire that was caused by a cigarette. The whole trailer was consumed with fire and she died of smoke asphyxiation. All three of her children were spared. Two of them were at school and Jeff was across the street staying with a babysitter. He was just two and a half years-old. Throughout his entire life, Jeff faced many struggles and continues to do so today, but the Lord has taken him through each trial and he's become victorious! This book is written by Jeff's step-mom, Sandi, who came along later in his life. She details how the Lord orchestrated many events in Jeff's life through the years. If you've been drinking for years or have never taken a drink, this book will inspire you. It will encourage you. You'll probably shed a few tears and even laugh. But hopefully, you will realize we never live in this world by ourselves. What we do with our life affects many people! We are all born with a purpose! We must discover that purpose, grab onto life with all our hearts and refuse to let anything stop us from conquering the battles we'll face along the journey! Come follow Jeff's story and see how he has survived a tragic beginning in life, but lives to share his story with you!
