Publisher's Synopsis

In the summer of 2002, an unearthly drought hits the small town of Fuming, Pennsylvania. As a farm pond slowly evaporates, the remains of small-time drug peddler and fingered Federal informant, Vinnie Lazzaro, are soon discovered. Fuming resident Carmine Cappuccio becomes very nervous. He contacts his old friend, Jody Tamartine, an intelligence agent living in California, and gives Jody the bad news: a secret they dropped into the Tamartine farm pond during their sordid youth is about to be exposed. But unbeknownst to them, Vinnie's mother, Vivian, a muscular Mob widow and a practitioner of the black arts, has learned the location of her son's body and is plotting revenge. She kidnaps Jody's first love, the beautiful Delilah Duncan, and drags her into a ghastly alternate universe called "Brown Hell," hoping to lure Jody to his doom. Jody enlists the help of a local biker gang to rescue Delilah. Unfortunately for Jody and the bikers, they soon find that in Brown Hell horror isn't dead, and the dead aren't either. Can they escape the evil Viv and the torture that she is bringing upon them, or will they pay the ultimate price for their supposed role in Vinnie's death?
