When a small time country girl from Fuller, Alabama gets involved with a street guy named Ladarren, he breaks Laynce's heart and ends up in the arms of the transfer student from New York. They graduate high school and go to different universities that leads her back to Ladarren. Everything is going good until Ladarren decides he wants to put hands on Laynce.
