"A Modular Approach to Text Processing" books 1 & 2 (published in August 1990) were published specifically meet the needs of the SCOTVEC syllabus. Volume 2 has been revised - and the assignments it contains should make it attractive for all teachers who want testing material to use with their text processing/typing students. There is no teaching strategy within this text as the aim is purely to provide assessment material to be used by the tutor in a flexible and open way. It contains completely new material and the assignments are for the new award structure written specifically to meet SCOTVEC assessments, but tutors/supervisors can use the material as required.
