Publisher's Synopsis
Every young man dreams of beginning the epic quest to find his fame and fortune either through his wit or by the strength of his back. Middle-aged men look at these things with different eyes, but the spark for adventure still lingers. Marc is no different. Early in the year, both of Marc's parents suddenly die, leaving him the sole survivor of his family. Determined not to waste away in his simple Southern existence, he embarks on his own quest to experience what his parents could not and hopefully discover himself somewhere in the process. Cross your fingers and hold your breath as he recklessly and spontaneously travels the globe in search of an identity and some idea of what the future may hold.
