John and Arthur, was first received through 001. Elisha Bostwick, late of New Milford, Conn, Who says, they settled at Stratford, then colony, now State of Connec tiout, time not known. They came} from Cheshire, England, but were of Scotch extraction.
Farther information from Sylvester Judd, Esq., of Northampton, Mass, through the Hon. James Savage, states, that they were there before 1669.
From my brother, David Bostwick, of New Milford, I have authentic information that a younger brother named Zechariah came and settled with them.
