A Dog's Life is a one act play inspired by the private eye and gumshoe detective during the period between the 1920's to 1950's. It is the story of such a detective in the fifties, Charles "Chas" Flanigan who is incompetent and looks the part. He falls into an opportunity to hit the big time when he is hired to find a missing dog but greed turns his world upside down but love causes a life changing revelation, and the rest is complete chaos
