Noggle (photography, U. of New Mexico), an American Woman Airforce Service Pilot in World War II, interviews the women members of the Soviet air force, the first women to fly in combat. Their three regiments, composed mainly of inexperienced teenagers, fought as many as 1,000 missions during the war
