Hearing none, we will proceed. I thank my colleagues in attend ance for their participation. We need an open session to consider H. Con. Res. 213 concerning the need to improve the livin stand ards of those South Asians living in the Ganges and the rahma putra River Basin. The clerk will report the resolution.
