This book is a Spanish Translation of 'A Christmas Carol' translated by Mariana Eduardo and authored by Charles Dickens. A Christmas Carol, is a short novel by Charles Dickens. The Story, published in 1843 and written in a short span of few weeks, is one of the most remarkable accounts of Christmas in contemporary literature. A Christmas Carol is a play about a cowardly and grumpy old man, Ebenezer Scrooge, who loathes Christmas. One cold Christmas Eve, Scrooge is harsh to his servant, does not give in for noble cause, and later is inconsiderate to his nephew when he welcomes him to go through Christmas with him. That night when he return home, he is greeted by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.Through a progression of unearthly dreams, the parsimonious Ebenezer Scrooge is permitted to look back on his life and to change its result. The Ghost of Christmas Past uncovers vignettes of Scrooge's initial life as a student, a disciple, and a lover. The Ghost of Christmas Present uncovers to Scrooge that euphoria has little to do with riches; together they visit the homes of Bob Cratchit, whom Scrooge's greatly mistreated, and of his nephew's Fred, who had married in love against his wishes. At last the Ghost of Christmas ignites to Scrooge a dream of what his end will resemble in the event that he proceeds on his current course-he will bite the dust disdained and unmourned. Subsequent to seeing these scenes, Scrooge is a changed man. He quickly begins repairing his methodologies, becoming munificent and wise and in this way discovering delight and satisfaction.
