A Cat in the Tropics is a story about a wild cat named Kitty who was adopted on a rural farm in Australia. It follows her life and the adventures of her kittens as they grow up, and meet many challenges along the way. It also gives a view of life in a remote area of Australia, from both a human and an animal's viewpoint, and hopefully can provide a balanced perspective to keeping domestic animals in an environment which includes wild animals too.
