Told from the point of view of the unreliable narrator DJ Jerry C, A.B.O.U.T: Beginnings can at first seem disjointed. Using conversation, conventional prose, poetry and other writing styles, Jerry C weaves through a hotbed of topics that interest us all. It begins with a conversation between the Prime God and the Other God, which shows us how the universe transformed from its mechanistic clockwork origins to the delightful quantum chaos that it is now. What follows are what may be described as a lucid fever dream of a mescaline induced trip through celebrations of love, invocations to God, and challenging reflections on authoritarianism, celebrity, gun control and more, all weaved together by the fabric of the strange friendship between two characters bearing the monikers DJ Jerry Curlz and DJ Ass Maggots. As the book ends, the reader realizes this is only the beginning...
