Millie Miller has always dreamed of living by the ocean. Now that her children have flown the coop, as an empty nester, she's decided to sell her house to buy a condo only a mile from the beach in Oceanside, California.
While walking her two dogs, Rosie and Daisy, Millie stumbles into a mystery after her pups find a body in the bushes. Frightened by the possibility that one of her new neighbors might be a murderer, Millie ignores the handsome police detective's advice to mind her own business and decides to do some well-needed snooping.
