Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from A Bibliography Concerning Vocations
This list of books and articles, which makes no pretence of being exhaustive, is intended to be helpful to college students in reaching a decision as to their life work. The student is advised to read, first some of the books given under the caption General and second, some under the caption Men or Women as the case may be, and then to turn to some of the works under the particular professions which seem to offer the strongest appeal.
Those parts of the general works which treat of special pro fessions are not referred to under the headings for books devoted to any one profession, but students should take note of the fact that many of the books referred to under General, General Men and General Women, have in them parts referring to the individual professions.
