Reginald A. Cotton is the founder and CEO of Soulprosperity LLC, a seminar training, coaching, and consulting company. "Reggie" has impacted thousands by facilitating corporate workshops nationwide with a focus on leadership soft skills topics such as Conflict Management and Confrontation Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and Dealing with Difficult People.
Once classified as a homeless veteran and known for having low Emotional Intelligence (EQ); Reggie integrates his personal experiences with proven approaches to reach a wide range of audiences to include the US Navy, TSA Federal Air Marshall Service, NY Local Union 371, and Rakuten Global Marketing to name a few.
A nationally recognized speaker and trainer, his "A Time to Fight" workshop was originally designed to support court ordered Anger Management participants and has been helpful in clinical settings with clients in recovery from substance use addictions. It has since evolved into the EQ experience called "Change Pays" which helps participants to increase their demonstration of healthy Emotional Intelligence.
