In this work dedicated mainly to Transhumance in Europe and in the world, the Author highlights the formidable impulse that it has given to the evolution of the citizen, creator of his own environment. He reports the poem "Pastori" by Gabriele d'Annunzio, emblematic of Transhumance recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Asset of Humanity. He too recognizes himself, after an extensive excursus on the Italian, Romanian, Greek, Tunisian, Sudanese, etc. environments. the right of everyone to improve themselves and to emigrate wherever they want, as established by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The citizen of the near future will loudly ask for a global, federated and liberal state to better distribute natural and cultural riches and prevent atomic war.
