Publisher's Synopsis
Officer Mike Creston responds to a report of a missing child, but he quickly discovers that this is not simply a case of a child walking off and getting lost. When he discovers that Ricky is abducted, he races against the clock to figure out who took him and how to get him back. But in order to save him, Mike will have to deal with overzealous politicians, a large criminal enterprise, and a nationwide search for the missing boy. All the while, a mother is left to deal with the fact that life can change in the blink of an eye.
