Publisher's Synopsis
In Wicacea, where magic and mystery intertwine, a grand event known as the Witches' Masquerade occurs. Witches and wizards from distant corners of the mystical world gather beneath the moon's enchanting glow, their identities hidden behind elaborate masks. The masquerade is not merely a celebration but a unique opportunity for these enchanters to exchange secrets, forge alliances, and seek out rare and potent magical potions.
This eve holds a rare enchantment. The venerable Pintina and enigmatic Darko, beings of age unmeasured (and previously encased in stone), embark on a journey to Wicacea, drawn by the beckoning of the Vilarri. Tonight, the whispered worries of the Vilarri shall be heard and heeded.
In the shrouded annals of the frost tide's birth, its genesis remains veiled in an enigma. Matka Wintum, revered as the matriarch of the Vilarri, blessed with the sorcery of verity, holds steadfast in her conviction: the elusive architects behind this chilling phenomenon are none other than the Ancients, Pintina and Darko. As icy tendrils claimed the lives of Six Hundred and Fifty-Eight from their tribe, Matka Wintum, in private, blames these primordial entities, accusing them in hushed tones of orchestrating this wintry demise.
