The Drackenmire Ghouls get involved when a valuable statue is stolen from the local art museum. The Family member who modeled for it a l-o-n-g time ago literally stands in for his marble image to have it listed as misplaced rather than stolen - creating confusion among the thieves who then don't know what they have.
The infamous Villana DeCrewel adds confusion when a painting she owns becomes more valuable but also disappears.
Jeeves and the Ghouls and Vampires track down and try to steal back the stolen statue and painting and return them without anyone else realizing what is being done but with no guarantee they can pull off the multiple switches and distractions.
The Drackenmire Ghouls Off a UFO
Daylight reveals a new lump in the Drackenmire estate lawn after strange noises in the night. And snoops with Zoom lens cameras at the estate fence because of rumors of a UFO landing.
Jeeves and the Family of Ghouls and Vampires must deal with three Aliens who crashed their spaceship into the lawn making the lump, the police, nosy people, unusual ghoulish visitors, and Villana DeCrewel claiming ownership of the Aliens so she can sell them to the highest bidders.
Can the Family protect Jeeves, confuse the Aliens and all those others, and use them to neutralize one another while all wait to see if more Aliens arrive?
