Kanko Chukwui always thought himself to be better than everyone around him. A prodigy in pharmaceutical science, he got his doctorate at only 24. Of Steam and Smoke is a somewhat sci-fi, somewhat paranormal LGBTQ+ romance novel, featuring POC and disabled characters. The romance is between a scientist and a Victorian-Era automaton, and how they manage to navigate becoming sudden roommates.
