Nala grew up in Hawaii living the life that everyone on the outside would have considered perfect. With all the material things any girl could ask for, Nala still was not happy. It's her graduation year and summer has approached. To show their appreciation and congratulate their daughter, Tatiana and her husband Raymond are sending Nala wherever she would like to go after she walks across the stage. Of all the places Nala could choose from, the only place she wishes to go is back to Orlando, FL where her long-lost family is. Reuniting with her favorite cousin Sirae has been something she's dreamed of for years. The time has finally come, and Nala is about to experience a lifestyle she's never encountered before.
