Publisher's Synopsis
Aleksandr is born in a secret Russian Olympic breeding laboratory. One day the lab is sabotaged and destroyed but he is smuggled to the United States as an infant by his nurse who hides his immense physical talents from him. After she is accidentally killed Aleksandr is left to the foster care system where he runs away from one bad situation after another until he meets the Smith family. The Smiths gives him love and acceptance and helps him deal with the challenges of being a super star football player in small town Ohio. When the Russians find out their star experiment is still alive and well Aleksandr's world is turned upside down and he is on the run.
