When a duck chose the United States Department of Defense Headquarters as the perfect place to have her ducklings, it caused considerable excitement among the several thousand people working in one of the busiest buildings in the country. The U.S. Army General in charge of the Pentagon tried to control the situation, which caused an uproar with people working in the building and eventually he appointed a very concerned worker to handle the problem which she did with some unique actions.
