The North Vietnamese Army is the army of communist North Vietnam. Also known as the NVA or Viet-Cong, fought against South Vietnam (the late 1950s-1975) and the United States (early 1960s-1973).
Crossing the clearing we came to a spotted area with no grass. There we discovered six NVA soldiers who must have had the same idea as us. Safeties clicked off as machine guns started their song of death. Animal's M-60 poured out empty casings as he killed three of the NVA to my one.
