Gepetto, an old craftsman, carves wood and makes toys. His dream is to have a son. So he imagines creating a puppet in the image of a boy. Satisfied with his work, which he calls Pinocchio, he organizes a party with his cat Figaro and his goldfish Cleo. At nightfall, the Blue Fairy visits Gepetto's house and with a wave of her magic wand, she breathes life into the little puppet, while giving him a moral conscience: Jiminy Cricket. But it's a long way to become a real little boy...
