Publisher's Synopsis
This is a Latter-day Saint approach, published originally in serial form, to various subjects ranging from British Israelism to the Great Apostasy. George Reynolds (1842-1909), the author, wrote several serials. Two were eventually printed as booklets ("Are We of Israel?" and "The Book of Abraham: Its Authenticity Established as a Divine and Ancient Record"). This new publication follows that tradition by providing a cohesive edition of the serial "The Gospel in Ancient Britain."Each chapter was printed in the "Juvenile Instructor" from April to December 1898 and "Millennial Star" from July 1898 to January 1899.
