Chloe

Chloe is a middle schooler starting her teenage years and, to make matters more difficult for her, she is also deaf and mute. However, Chloe is more special than anyone thinks; she has a secret that has finally reached the point of sharing. She has developed abilities within her brain to be able to receive the thoughts of those around her. More, she can project images and ideas like a television transmitter.
