This can be both difficult and time-consuming to achieve. Swimming programmes without fresh stimuli are in real danger of demotivating both swimmers, coaches and teachers alike. Over the past twenty-five plus years as a head coach, coach and teacher, I have managed to collate a portfolio of competitive butterfly drills.
