Ella is part of "Generation Omega" in the year 2040 and has not met Dr. Quasar yet as he is on a different time-wave. The Earth is a much different place after the slip occurred in 2028 shifting Madison, WI geographically to where Dallas, TX is currently. Ella is unaware that her life is about to be turned upside down after the latest iPhone (iPhone Omega) is released. The first female president had been elected and after a strange potentially extraterrestrial visit occurs, the president issues a quarantine and mandatory activation of the iPhone Omega for tracking purposes, which is of nano technology and embeds into one's body.
