The world is at war. It has been three years since WIND KING DAMAR's negotiations failed and the Western Alliance attacked the First Outpost. The Alliance has successfully wooed several Kingdoms away from the Parliament of the Wind, with more leaving to declare neutrality. The Alliance, led by the mysterious and unseen NAR DUKAR, continues to spread the flames of battle across the globe, primarily targeting resource-rich Eastern-Alpha Sector. Meanwhile, technically neutral, Wind Monks are scattered around the world, hired out by governors and magistrates to bring peace to their war-torn villages. Alliance Senator REX ROBBINS is returning to Evergreen with an important discovery for King Riken and Seer Bando, one which he hopes will bring an end to the war and restore peace across the planet....
