Then the president needs to find what the factors cause these both social problems to young people. Then, the factor ought be due to their low education level causes they feel difficulty to find jobs in job market. Then, the president ought concentrateon providing more skillful education to let these young people to learn different kinds of skills, e.g. computer, building, accounting etc. skills in order to them to apply their skills to find any jobs more easily.
