Gentle does not mean weak and no one knows that better than I do, an empath who has had to operate with the mind of a General. Sensitive by nature and riddled with social anxiety, I learned early that I would need to gain control if I wanted to bring anything I desired into fruition. In realizing that greatness cannot come from holding yourself back, much focus, dedication and shadow work has been required to truly find myself and get back on course.
