Publisher's Synopsis
Why choosing meatloaf? Why not! Making meatloaf is like creating a piece of art. You can choose from many colors or ingredients, and you can use many different tones or fresh herbs; you can add some out-of-the-box elements to your piece of art or some unexpected spiciness to your dish.
I love preparing meatloaves, and so do you after browsing this cookbook. I feel like I can just browse through my refrigerator and pantry and come up with a unique meatloaf every time. I often make a trip to the locally produced market and then see what vegetables or dairy products are available. I then decide to make a certain type of meatloaf based on what fresh products I can get my hands on. I have made many times homemade tomato sauce because fresh tomatoes were abundant or even fresh basil, as a matter of fact. If mushrooms are easy to come by, then a wonderful meatloaf with lots of mushrooms will be on the menu. Want if you are a cheese lover? Then incorporate cheese in your meatloaf every time! Change it up too! Use goat cheese, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, Feta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, or even Pepper jack cheese. Do not limit yourself; that is basically what I am saying! Go with your instinct and your preference, and I promise you the best meatloaf you and your family ever tasted is right around the corner, or I should say right around the kitchen counter.
