Publisher's Synopsis
Mary Anne jumped from the preverbal frying pan straight into the fire. She left behind her bobble-brained sister Bobby Sue, the coal dust of Scranton, and her annoying shadow Ravlen. As she held the crepey withered hand of her betrothed, she wished to be back in the arms of that underfed freckle-faced redhead with his flabby worm kisses. Unfortunately, he did not follow her to Idaho, but Bobby Sue did, and she brought with her an unhatched parasite. Mary Anne whispered to her sister of a scathingly brilliant idea. Poor child, the wind in her ear scrambled Bobby Sue's brain something fierce, and she now believed she carried Mary Anne's dead husband's child. Meanwhile, Mary Anne's not-so-clever ranch hand believed her to be a witch who was fattening up Bobby Sue for... what? Don't think on it too long, you will lose brain cells. Where was I? Ravlen! Is he ever going to come to Idaho and rescue Mary Anne one last time or leave her, center ring, juggling monkeys?
