I have taught individuals and groups a twenty to thirty-minute, twice a day, Christian Spiritual Meditation practice. During this time, I observed that even those who chose to practice only twice a day for one minute realized the Christ Consciousness states, balance, and contentment in their daily lives. Most importantly, you may come away knowing that there is something more inside of you that you didn't know existed. Your Spiritual Heart Center is within you; it has always been there. Now you can consciously connect to and access it to realize your spirituality. The Christian Minute Meditation is a Christian practice available for you who wish to travel a direct path to your Spiritual Heart Center, your "other heart," which may allow you to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. The beauty of truth is that it meets the needs of an infinite variety of individuals. The humorous stories included are either ones that I have written or heard many times on my life's journey from many different teachers, masters, and gurus. Therefore, it's not possible to assign credit to any particular individual for originality. Take a life-changing journey to discover your spirituality.
