Each of the chapters in this book is a description of a different form of meditation; starts with an introductory part and contains recommendations for using the methods presented in it; Finally, a description of the practice itself is given. As you read the book, we recommend that you check off the ideas and exercises that you feel are most relevant to your interests.
When you understand what exactly you need and what you want to do, start reading the practice slowly and thoughtfully. Then, slowly, try to understand what kind of feelings and what meaning are peeking between the lines. You may find it helpful if a friend of yours reads the exercise description out loud to you. Or you yourself can record it on a voice recorder and sometimes listen to it. You can change our vocabulary and vocabulary to better suit your style.
