Publisher's Synopsis
Uncle Arkie is an inventor. He is a genius, but one would never know it by listening to him. He abuses the English language, and his grammar is atrocious. He is eccentric and peculiar. He doesn't care at all about how he is perceived. He is obsessed with his creations. Bezak, is his devoted assistant and closest friend. They are both retired from "Top Secret" government careers. They worked together for decades, usually in underground "hide-aways" guarded by heavily armed security forces. Their inventions and documents are still classified as top secret and available only to "as needed personnel".
This story is about them and their activities with Mister Hooter, Mister Homer, and his family.
