For this cookbook, we are featuring five of the top Asian countries for street food and the delightful dishes they offer, which you can also copy at home. We have chosen Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam. Yes, they are only a portion of the massively impressive Asian street food scene, but they are good enough for now, at least for this edition. That's because we would like to do justice to each territory and the tasty things they sell on the streets.
