Publisher's Synopsis
Olive Cline is thrown into a whirlwind of adventure when she returns to Moon Creek-her hometown, of all places. She's on a mission to find Lois Cline with the help of Liam Cline by her side. Her cousin went radio silent on them not that long ago, stirring them with worry. Olive and Liam uncover a string of kidnappings from the year 2006. They have to wonder if it isn't in correlation with the sudden disappearance of Lois Cline.
Carter Dobrev isn't someone Olive was expecting to see after so many years of absence on both of their parts. He wants to help Olive and Liam upon bumping into Olive after however many years. In order to team up, they'll have to put their differences aside if they want to find Lois and uncover the events taking place in Moon Creek. To top it off; Olive, Liam, and Carter change the world a little too much to their liking. Vampires will even cross the threshold into Moon Creek.
