Publisher's Synopsis
It's 1949 and Chicago is silently plagued by a ruthless killer mutilating his victims and turning them into works of 'art.' Detctive Chase Schiarelli is facing the end of his robe as more bodies are found and no evidence brings either him or his partner any closer to catching this sadistic killer. One evening, Chase gets a call from the killer and makes the detective an offer.
