Seen from the outside, the majority of these activities are akin to 'games' where participants evolve, help each other, and achieve goals. Indeed, these workshops are enjoyable as they require the active participation of all members of a small team to achieve a specific goal within a given time. When we have fun together, we are inevitably more receptive to the activity in which we participate. Hence, the choice of play serves as a powerful vector for positive change. As part of our team-building company and the first adventure park ever created in Romania, built with our own hands and opened to the public in July 2006, we have organized and facilitated dozens of team-building events involving hundreds of participants. These events catered to groups ranging from 7 to 500 people, encompassing both adults and youth. We wish to share with you our useful knowledge and pro tips to help you progress your team at a lower cost. You will discover activities that will stimulate the participants and encourage them to reveal their qualities, skills and pleasure of working together. With the 'Team Building Inside' collection, you will step into the role of a FACILITATOR and grasp the intricacies of hosting a successful event with participants who will have gained insights from their experience. They will carry fond and lasting memories with their colleagues, leading to increased happiness at work.You can adapt these activities to your small business, to a wider organization, using techniques including circular workshops which we will explain in another work, in your family, a group of children or friends. It's up to you! For each activity presented, we also explain the main skills that you will be able to develop along with specific complementary skills.
