Publisher's Synopsis
The 11-year-old boy Caspar Tok is always discriminated against and bullied by the school bullies. He lacks courage and hates taking risks. He has made up his mind that he will never be friends with anyone. Until the day when the hurricane swept Wallaps, Casper hid in the antique pendulum clock in the living room and traveled to a magical country that had never appeared on the map: the country above the clouds. Casper has to embark on an adventure full of cloud giants, storm eaters and drizzle witches in order to get home.
