The purpose of empirical research is to examine the impact of Perceived Organizational Politics (POP) and various job-related outcomes in nurses of public sector and moderator role of Psychological Contract Breech (PCB) on the relationship between POP and Work Engagement (WE). Rapidly increasing influence of organizational politics in government department reduces the ability to provide Superior Services and leads to dispute between employees and higher authorities of Public Sector . The influential organizational politics is widely spreading in all developed and non-developed countries. This theoretical foundation of this is based on unified theories and supportive literature. Structural Equational Modelling (SEM) is applied on dataset to identify the direct and indirect effects of POP in the presence of WE as a mediator. Moreover, the role of PCB as moderator between POP and WE relationships is evaluated.
