We all have dreams, some to find fame and fortune and others winning respect and admiration of others however whichever your dream is, to make it come true you will need to set specific, measurable goals with realistic achievable deadlines. The same is true at individual or organization level, the clearer our plans the more likely for them to succeed. I have observed that once you have a well refined vision or dream it will attract the attention of both God and man. Man will achieve little or nothing if they waited for everything to be in place before embarking on the journey of their dreams. I have come to realize that the best time for planning is when nothing very significant has happened in your life, ministry, family, Business etc., to motivate you to pursue these goals. At this stage your mind is not crowded; you will be able to refine every aspect of that vision more clearly. It's very hard to create this serenity you need to enable you develop smart dreams when most of the resources you needed are in place. The resources you need to enable you achieve your goals are not in the pocket but in your mind, without effective and efficient plans society and lives stagnate.
