The unwanted son of an absent Mississippi River plantation owner, young Jeff has to get by as best he can in a torrid world of prostitution and vice where the whole neighborhood treats him as a handy sex-toy. And then out of the blue a summons arrives and an airline ticket from New Orleans to Hawaii, where his wealthy Pa enjoys a high-life of unbridled lust. For Jeff it's the escape from destitution and hustling he's dreamed of. Then he meets Mohammed. And that is when his troubles really begin. Twisted desires and jealousy threaten his life.
